Ready for an epic day of adventure with the family? The Thrive Outside Onkaparinga River Adventure Challenge is your chance to explore the beautiful Onkaparinga River region, get active outdoors and take on a series of challenges together.
Teams of parents and kids will navigate their way through a combination of hiking, kayaking and mountain biking, searching for checkpoints along the way. Work together, discover new places, test your skills and see how many checkpoints your team can find!
With two course options available, there's an adventure for families looking for a fun day outdoors as well as those keen to take on a bigger challenge.
And there's more than just adventure up for grabs, with prizes awarded to the top three teams in each course!
